Preparing healthy, wholesome meals is paramount not only to overall health but also state of mind.  During slow periods of time the food is planned and prepared.  Nothing says “I care” more than a made-from-scratch fresh out of the oven warm Blueberry Muffin, or favorite of many:  Pineapple Pie.  Both easy to make and nutritional.   It’s also comforting to smell the aroma of something delicious simmering on the stove or in the oven.
