Yes. Record the date, professional, recipient, subject, summary, concerns, promises, and any follow-up date.
Can I take my information with me?
Yes. Download a printable PDF or a complete ZIP archive containing readable spreadsheets and your uploaded documents.
How does included AI processing work?
After the care-space Manager accepts the AI terms, Care Chronicles can use permitted records to answer questions, transcribe saved voice notes, and suggest optional organizational next moves after you finish reviewing an upload.
